Return Policy & Warranty
Customer service is important to us, we want you to be happy with your core360 belt product and be able to get the most out of it! To initiate a return, exchange or warranty claim, for any product purchased from our website, please email us at email@example.com. Indicate “return”, “exchange” or “warranty claim” in the subject line. Include the reason for your return, what size you need us to send you or the defect found on your belt in the body of your email. See specifics below.
We accept returns for refunds and exchanges for products that are in new and unworn/un-used condition and in their original packaging. All returns must be made within 21 days from date of purchase. Once we receive your return and inspect the condition, we will notify you via email, if your return was approved. If approved, a refund will be credited back to your original form of payment in amount of purchase minus shipping charges within 5 business days. In the event we have sent the wrong item to you, or the product is defective, we will also refund the shipping charges.
All exchanges must be made within 21 days from date of purchase. Please let us know if you have questions, we are happy to help. Once we receive the original belt you ordered and determine it is in new condition, we will send you the correct size. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us, and we will cover them getting your correct size belt back to you.
Core360 belt warrants its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 9 months from date of purchase. During the warranty period, core360 belt will either repair or replace your product, at its option. Once we receive your original belt or product, we will notify you via email if warranty claim has been approved and of the action that will be taken to resolve your issue. Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be responsible for items shipped to us for return, exchange, or warranty claims, that get lost in the mail. For this reason, it is recommended that you send your return package insured and with a tracking number. We cannot issue a refund or exchange for a package we do not receive.
International returns & exchanges: Sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
