Shipping Policy

www.Core360belt.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. Core360 belt ships to all 50 U.S. states and most countries and follows the standard methods available by USPS and UPS.

We are just as excited to get your order to you as you are to receive it. For this reason, we make every attempt to process and ship your order within 24 hours of the time it is placed. Should this not be possible, orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the time of your order. Orders placed from Friday (after 10:00 AM PST) to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 1-2 business days. But rest assured, we want to get your core360 belt in your hands and will do what we can to get it on the way to you asap. International orders may take up to 3-4 days for processing and shipment. Expect at least 2 weeks for delivery on international orders. If you need one night express shipping. Please email us to make sure we are able to meet that time demand.

Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. Core360 belt cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

We make every attempt to accommodate our customer’s shipping request. This includes shipping to hotels or rental properties where time of stay is within a specified window and shipping with a “must arrive by” date. However, in these instances, we cannot be responsible for shipments not received and/or not received on time. If we believe there is not enough time to get your order to you by the requested date, we will contact you prior to shipment. In these instances, if an order is returned because it did not arrive on time, we will refund the amount of your order to your credit card minus the cost of shipping and handling.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We happily ship to most countries. In general, shipping policy is the same as for domestic orders. However; due to packages going through destination country customs, we cannot be responsible for lost packages. In addition, we are unable to guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian orders.
