Course Overview
Harness the potential of optimal rehabilitation, fitness, and performance training for your clients by understanding the roots of the problem. Our course focuses on the quality of movement and functional integration throughout the movement system, crucial for lasting outcomes.
DNS or Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization is a unique strategy that combines the principles of developmental kinesiology and the neurophysiological and biomechanical aspects of the maturing postural-locomotor system.
